Darryl McCauley, 43, of Wilmington, Massachusetts, was arrested early this morning on charges of larceny, forgery, and larceny by continuous scheme. McCauley is accused of stealing "millions" of dollars from his comedian/actor younger half brother, Dane Cook (pictured left). According to reports, McCauley had been employed as the business manager for Cook's company, Great Dane Enterprises, Inc., since the early 1990s. According to prosecutors, since July 2007, McCauley began transferring funds from the company into his own accounts.
