Desiree D. McLoughlin, 37, of Rochester, New Hampshire, turned herself in today after an arrest warrant was issued on theft by misapplication of property and two counts of theft by embezzlement. McLoughlin is alleged to have embezzled at least $80,000 from an unnamed law firm based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
