Theresa A. Carlquist, 51, of Downers Grove, Illinois, has been charged with embezzling some $112,000 from the Downers Grove Panther Junior Football league where she had served as treasurer. According to authorities, Carlquist wrote herself checks for as much as $8,500 over nearly a two year period, from February 2008 until December 2009.Needless to say, the community is shocked...
