Michael D. Bart, 61, a disbarred attorney from Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, plead guilty to wire fraud on Thursday, admitting that he misappropriated some $713,000 from Ohio-based Guaranteed Title and Trust Co. He faces 30 years in prison and $1 million in fines.
