Veronica Gonzalez Monay, 35, of Eastlake, California, pleaded guilty yesterday to embezzling some $111,000 from the USS Midway Museum, where she had been employed as an accounting manager. According to prosecutors, Monay intercepted cash receipts which she kept for her own benefit. Monay was a three year employee of the museum, according to reports.
