Kenneth Rae Kintsley, 42, of Walnut Creek, California, was convicted by jury of embezzling some $300,000 from the San Francisco Loews Metreon Theater where he had been employed as a manager. Prosecutors alleged that between September 2001 and January 2004, Kintsley skimmed cash from daily receipts from the theater.
