Dawn Rene Harpster, 38 of Kidder, Missouri, was disbarred yesterday by the Missouri Bar Disciplinary Council, following her guilty plea on 5 federal counts of bank fraud last November. The criminal complaint alleged Harpster defrauded Norbank of North Kansas City in the amount of $866,000 in a fraudulent loan deal. She was sentenced to 30 months in prison on October 6.
