Karen Leigh Lial Vinesett, 49, of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, has been arrested for allegedly embezzling some $313,000 from Gaston Medical Group where she had been employed over a three year period. Authorities allege that Vinesett forged checks for her own benefit. She has been charged with one count of embezzlement of $100,00 or more and two counts each of uttering a forged instrument and forgery of endorsement.Tuesday, July 28, 2009
