Michael Scott Margulies, 56 of Minneapolis, MN, was charged Wednesday with embezzling some $2 million from the law firm of Lindquist and Vennum where he had been a partner. Authorities allege Margulies misappropriated the funds over a 16 year period, from 1994 through 2010, through a variety of methods, including false documentation, fraudulent expense reports, false invoices and forged checks..
