According to authorities, Sherbacow skimmed money from the business for at least 11 years, dating back as far as 1999, by creating phony invoices and paying for personal expenses with company funds. The owners aren't new..however for now, they are managing the two parks.
I hope that every park resident who Mr Sherbacow intimidated and made feel inferior, goes to his court appearance and let him feel the same way he made so many of the park residents feel.

I will go just to give him that "holier than thou" look he used to give residents when they needed something fixed or attended to.I'm going to go to the hearing to see If I can spit that far!!

You live in a trailer park. Why don't you worry about your own life and don't waste time going to a court hearing.

a disgrace to his family,his
community and to all he was supposed to serve -- hopefully all his present and former business partners will check their books

to the "trailer park" comment --

you would be lucky to live in our beautiful community -- you must be related to ken to post such an ignorant comment

Actually, I wouldn't be lucky to live in a trailer seeing as I own my own three bedroom house.

I know a three bedroom house might seem like a mansion to you but it really is not. Second, I'm not sure why you are quoting "precious" but I never said I was wasting my time. Obviously you have plenty of time to waste since you want to go to a court hearing to watch the trail. On a final note you called yourself trailer trash. Thats a very offensive and ignorant comment to make about people who live in your "beautiful community".

so instead defend someone who was stealing for 11 years. Your a real great person. Who cares where you live you obviously have no morals.

To Mr.3 bedroom house owner.

I knew my response would yank your chain, thanks for responding. I was speaking in an manner which you obviously think about us trailer trash. Doesn't bother me the least. No I don't have the time to waste like you but can waste what little time I have any way I want. I'm not a spelling Nazi either but I won't be going to Ken's "trail", nor will I be going to his trial. Also don't assume I'm the only "Anonymous" person leaving comments. I didn't write the "beatiful community" comment. Everyone hates Ken the shit stain in a toilet no flush would seem to get rid of,so you really don't want to waste your time (you can of course)defending this guy. If you lived with us "trailer trash" you would understand. God have pitty on you if your related to him or friends. Hell, to think of it you could be the little turd in a punch bowl himself, but I don't want to assume anything.

Enough ad hominem and unsubstantiated claims. If you can't post in a civil manner, please don't post at all.

Any chance of finding out how this all played out? I worked with Mr. Sherbacow in the mid 80's and would be interested to know the outcome.
