Dianna Kay DeLawter, 49, of Manchester, Michigan, has been charged with embezzling some $704,000 from the Key Bank branch in Chelsea, where she had been employed. According to authorities, over a period of 10 years, beginning in May 2001, DeLawter systematically siphoned funds from the bank. A bank spokesman described DeLawter has "having problems."
