Read the story here and here.

I worked in the past in the first 2 years that she worked at Eye & ENT,,, all of that education she had bragged about,, only to use the smarts to do this? The physicians in that practice are all very nice good people who will help out their employees if only you were to ask when you were in need. There is no excuse whatsoever for what she did,, especially to that extent. It makes me wonder how many other employees of that practice were "let go" from that business that she was blaming for her theft.

I know of at least two other employees prior to now that she "claimed" were stealing,,and they were dismissed, without charges, just no job,
small wonder.
Thanks for letting me have my say.

I was very disappointed with that office when in January of 2009 my wife was overchared by $135 for an office visit. I contacted the office the next day and was told that we would be refunded once all of the insurance claims had been paid and that they would forward the information to the "administrator." Repeat phone calls and email's that were never answered added to my frustration and finally after 2 months we finally did receive a refund. After what has now happened, it is certainly understandable why we met with so much resistance in obtaining the refund. We were both so discouraged that we now see a new Opthamologist.

she got 15 years, & is currently serving time...saw it in an article online don't know if it's reliable or not. it's sad that you all are badmouthing her, when she does have a family and kids out there.

4 1/2 to 15 years is the sentence handed down October 20, 2010.

Sorry, that was a typo. The sentence was handed down on October 29, 2010. And, as for the comment regarding the badmouthing going on....DONT DO THE CRIME IF YOU CANT DO THE TIME!!!! She did not care about the families of any of her vicitms so why would anyone else be expected to care about her family.
