Jennifer Fox, 44, of Rapid City, South Dakota, was sentenced today to 8 years in prison with three years suspended for embezzling more than $150,000 from the Hill City Volunteer Fire Department and Ambulance Service where she had been employed. Fox, who had pleaded guilty to one count of grand theft by embezzlement last month, was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $159,729.
