Charles Bennett III, aka S. Charles Bennett, 61, of Naples, Florida (pictured here) and Kenneth M. Marwick, 64, of Bonita Springs, Florida, have been charged with grand theft in connection with the alleged embezzlement of some $300,000 from the Lovers Key Beach Club and Resort Condo Association. The two defendants are local attorneys who apparently handled some of the affairs of the Association. The misappropriation allegedly occurred over a two year period from 2006 until 2008.
