Alabama Trio Arrested In $200K EFT Embezzlement Scheme

Lori Juleigh Barry, 23, of Hueytown, Alabama has been arrested along with two co-conspirators, for allegedly embezzling more than $200,000 from an unnamed trucking company where she had been employed. According to authorities, Barry provided account numbers and authorization numbers for electronic funds transfer to the co-conspirators, Brian Scott Goodwin, 29, of Graysville, Alabama and Kimberly Marie Bagley, 22, of Warrior, Alabama who then misappropriated cash at local truck stops and check cashing facilities. Barry then allegedly altered the records to show the funds went to other employees, instead of her two co-conspirators. The scheme reportedly went on for about 6 months.
