Debra Jones Blaine, 53, of Holliday, Texas, was charged yesterday with embezzling about $681,000 from the King's Food store in Wichita Falls where she had been employed as a bookkeeper. Authorities allege that Blaine, who was responsible for transferring daily sheets to the weekly ledger, altered the amounts and pocketed the difference over a period of nearly 5 years from January 2005 through November 2009.
