Eric H. Holder, Jr. was sworn in as the new US Attorney General yesterday. Holder is quoted as saying he'll hold Wall Street accountable, but "We're not going to go out on any witchhunts." Holder, 58, was second in command in Justice under the Clinton Administration. He was confirmed Monday night by a 75-21 vote in the US Senate. Holder's detractors have criticized his role in pardoning FALN terrorists and fugitive Marc Rich.
