Ronald James DiDonato, 63, of Oldsmar, Florida, was sentenced on Friday to 5 years in prison for diverting some $125,000 in assets from the company he ran into his own personal accounts. DiDonato, who was president and CEO of Kissimmee, Florida based The Marlin Group and operating subsidiary, Marlin Logistics & ContactNet, a fulfillment company, plead guilty in June to one count of first-degree grand theft. He was also ordered to pay $125,000 in restitution and a $10,000 fine. DiDonato was also the founder of Worldwide Shopping Club.See the docket sheet here.

FINALLY. Him & Tracy were eating up the money for so long and the killer part is...everyone knew but if you opened up your mouth, you got fired. As soon as Ron got pinched Tracy disappeared and the staff at the time did everything they could to track down her background only to come up empty. It seemed that she did not live before arriving at Marlin. There were lots of people and business that came thru those doors. A lot of great people! Good to see that justice works....though it took MANY years to get it done. Now, you need to find Tracy!
It's ashamed that he decided to lead that lifestyle because he had a great wife and family who is a personal friend and is the sweetest women I know. Then again, maybe this is the best thing that could have happened to her.
All of you guys may have worked for him, but you do not personally know him. He is a great guy and took the fall for the company, get the facts starit!
