Rose Prince, 79, the owner of Eagle Auto Tags, based in Havertown, Pennsylvania, was arrested and charged last Friday with 211 felony, 127 misdemeanor and 44 summary criminal violations in connection with a variety of allegations that she defrauded her customers and the State of Pennsylvania. According to investigators, Prince failed to remit registration fees to the State Department of Transportation for plates issued and falsified documentation submitted to the state, among other things.
