Andrea Mills of Huntington, West Virginia and the former owner and operator of Allied Benefit Administrators Inc., a third party administrator of insurance programs, was charged in an Information last week with embezzling some $1.1 million in client funds. According to the Information, Mills misappropriated funds clients had paid for re-insurance premiums. She is reportedly cooperating with prosecutors and her business was shut down about a year ago.
