Cesar Emilio Caceres, 34, was arrested Friday and charged with embezzling some $835,000 from the Putnum Lexus auto dealership in Redwood City, California where he worked as a manager. According to prosecutors, Caceres wrote himself unauthorized checks and deposited the funds into his own accounts and used the money for gambling. He plead not guilty to the charges Friday.

He's a total ass. The office manager he lied to in order to get the checks cut is related to me and lost their job because of it.
And my sweet wife, who was that office manager committed suicide July 24th, mostly because she couldn't get over the shame of being involved in this whole thing.
my honest opinion on this matter is that each person has a choice. Everyone chooses for themselves what they want to do. In this circumstance it was to participate or not participate; obviously they chose to participate.
Again, I am really really sorry to hear about your wife; i know what its like to lose or almost lose someone to suicide. My condolences to you and your family.

The dude Caceres looked and behaved like an ass, it is true. Unlike his dad who is also a scammer..By the way they are looking for that dude's dad in connection to robing people and banks out of nearly over a million..Also certain families got conned by the dad, whom apparently was selling cars. Or better yet robbing identities to rob/sell cars.
