Rebecca McGuire, 51, of Amherst, New Hampshire, was arrested last week after she was indicted on felony embezzlement charges. McGuire is accused of stealing more than $300,000 from the Jasper Swim and Tennis Club. The indictment includes three felony counts of "theft by unauthorized taking." She had served as the club treasurer for 9 years until she was terminated in 2007.
