Brian Doane, 37, of Burlington, Massachusetts, was sentenced yesterday to 2 1/2 years in prison for stealing nearly $430,000 from his employer. Doane plead guilty to larceny and falsifying corporate books, admitting to embezzling $427,500 between March 2004 and October 2006 from Boston-based staffing firm, KNF&T Inc., for whom he was employed as financial controller. It's truly amazing that a man with such a poor pedigree could end up at KNF+T in the first place. Although upper management probably couldn't score higher than 800 on their SAT's, at least they are from Duxbury. I just hope the press doesn't hammer this story like the JonBenet Ramsey case or the Obama election, because we as a nation need to move on and forget Brian Doane.

This is unbelievable!! I used KNF+T for years yet they hired a CFO who steals? Great judgment! I knew that receptionist they sent me was stealing office supplies.
