Daryl E. Turner, a former employee of Cincinnati-based U.S. Bank, pleaded guilty yesterday to federal charges of embezzling more than $1 million from the bank. Turner also pleaded guilty to tax evasion. The funds were then transferred into personal accounts of Turner and his wife. The fraud took place between 2001 and 2006, according to reports. He faces up to 10 years in prison, plus restitution.
