After 2 weeks on the run, 76 year old Arthur G. Nadel surrendered to authorities in Tampa, Florida on Tuesday. He is suspected of bilking investors out of as much as $350 million in a Ponzi-type investment fraud scheme.Thursday, January 29, 2009
