Ricardo Figueredo, of Miami Beach, Florida, pleaded guilty today to embezzling more than $29 million in client funds from Bank of America and its predecessors, NationsBank and Barnett Bank over more than a dozen years. The loss estimate has increased dramatically since he was charged two weeks ago. Sentencing is scheduled for April 14th.
