Update: Massachusetts Woman Accused Of Embezzling $1.2 Million Pleads Not Guilty

Tracy A. Sutley, 39, of Lynn, Massachusetts, pleaded not guilty yesterday to the 15 felony counts alleging she embezzled some $1.2 million from her employer, Weir Valves & Controls of Ipswich, Massachusetts. Sutley, who was originally arrested in October and indicted last month, worked in the accounting department of the company and allegedly stole using 13 different methods, including unauthorized credit card use, and fraudulently issuing checks to herself and personal vendors. Sutley has a prior criminal conviction for stealing from residents of a nursing home in 1999.
