Tracy M. Connelly, 38, of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, was arrested Friday on charges of embezzlement from her employer, the Conshohocken Sewer Authority. Connelley is alleged to have stolen $167,643 from the CSA where she had been employed as the office manager and used the funds to pay personal bills and expenses. The was charged with hundreds of fraud and theft related counts including identity theft, forgery and unlawful use of a computer. Connelly allegedly wrote checks from the CSA with forged signatures to TMC Enterprise, an entity she created to cash the checks. Court records indicate Connelly has two prior arrests for theft.
Hmm... Sounds like she wasn't properly vetted.
