Angela Raposa, 32, of East Providence, Rhode Island and the former owner of Title America Closing Services, pleaded guilty today to one count of wire fraud. Raposa admitted taking $1.3 million from her company's escrow account to pay for personal expenses, including her mortgage, a car, travel, utility bills, cosmetics and hair salon visits as well as payments to relatives. She is scheduled to be sentenced on April 17, 2009.
