Frank Serio, the owner of Travel Concepts, Inc. in Rhode Island, was sentenced Friday to 15 months in prison for defrauding eight airlines and Amtrak out of $571,000 in a bogus ticket refund scheme. Serio pleaded guilty to wire fraud in August and is due to report to prison on January 5th, 2009.

I think these people should be treated like this. It would just set an instance for others. FBI's effort is appreciated.
